1st Fishing Trip

We took the boys fishing for the first time today. It was cold and windy, but since we told them that we would be going, we couldn't back out. We went to June Lake and fished off the private dock Jeremy's grandparents used to own. It was the same place Jeremy caught his first fish! We didn't think we would be able to catch anything because of the weather but thanks to some Salmon Egg Chum and Pink Power Bait we were able to get the boys a GREAT fish. The current owner of the dock was a good sport about us bringing in the biggest fish of the season. I think he wished he had caught it though.

Dedication Service

We had a wonderful dedication service on May 31st for the boys. It was so special to have both sets of grandparents there. Gerrit was very wiggly though and now I know why they try to do this when they are infants.

Mule Days Baby!!

This is our little cousin Jillian on Jeremy's side. She is just too cute in that pink cowgirl hat!

Memorial Day brought 40 years of Mule Days. Once again we had a very fun time. The 20 Mule Team, Budweiser Clydesdale's, and the Preifert Percheron's were all there. Wyatt and Gerrit loved all the animals and food and candy that Mule Days had to offer. We took our new pastor and his family. Even Aunt Hil made it!

Disneyland

We spent 2 days going to Disneyland and California Adventure. We all had so much fun. Mama and Papa Schwind came and so did Aunt Hil. Wyatt loved the roller coasters! Gerrit loved dancing to the music in "It's a Small World". We can't wait until we can go back.

Wyatt's 1st Trip to Disneyland

Wyatt had so much fun at Disneyland. We thought he might get scared but he did great. His second ride was Thunder Mountain. He wanted to go on the "fast train".
